It depends what you mean by downloading players.If you want Fatality zipped down your phoneline to play an important match for you then no. 
I think you mean models tho.And this CAN be done,with some rather remarkable results.I'd steer clear of trying to make your own tho if you've never done it before(or maybe try making your own skins first)

Narr polycount is all about the rather splifing transformer models
