Can i use newspro or greymatter

Can i use any of these cgi scripts? they require perl 5. I have tried to use both to no avail.

the addresss i think i'm suppose to use is http://www.technique.barrysworld.com/cgi-bin/gm.cgi

is that the correct address for this type of script?
