lvl 40 Epic of Arms / Scout / Theur / Friar is near HMG in Hadrians

9) Travel from Snowdonia towards Hadrian's Wall. Beyond the Roman guardhouse follow the path, then make a left which will take you to the northwest. Along the path will be a series of roman pillars this is where Fasius Previlus will be found. Wait a few moments until lightning flashes occur. Then Fasius will appear. Kill him and you will now have a broken Amulet. Return to Snowdonia.
