Can anyone tell me what a Star Killer is?

Hi, a little while back in Odin's I was attacked by some hibs, now when I looked through my chat log I saw a Ranger who was shooting me with his 'Star Killer'

Is this a hib only drop?

Nah, two reasons I don't think this is the case... one would be it wouldn't say he shoots me with it, the other is that it was repeatedly happening ie bow shots

No, iirc Jamiesmallicus did for me in the end, but I was suprised at the name of the bow
