Can anyone explain +power to me please

I'm more than a little confused as to the current situation of capping power.

It seems that everyone I talk to says something different. Can I ask what I need of what in order to get as much power as possible please.

That means how much power to sc, power cap increase and power % i need.

base powercap is 25

you can increase that cap with +powerpool cap items, theres a 50 pt cap on powercap

so with 50 powercap, total powerpoolcap will be 75%

you want to aim for ~40% or higher for a druid

powercap affects both sc'able +power, and power%bonus ;-D
