Start from the beginning pip.

What is it you're trying to host?. What type of file?

Trying to show some screen shots of me sat on horse for some1 as he hasn't got ds yet I'm using fraps but says file to big scroll to top for rest

Iv'e got a program at mo advanced JPEG to make file smaller but finding it hard to understand

Decrease size of jpeg, or host it on another server and link to it.

Ok, well first off, make sure it's a .jpeg file. Bitmaps etc are usually too big to host.

Secondly, the space you got on FH to host stuff is pretty crappy, host it here instead;

Then once you've got that uploaded, it gives a set of links you can use, just give the direct links to whoever.

Open the image in paint, save as .jpg - should decrease size alot
