asumming you want the mcl2? but even then you would need to equip it for the /use ammount of time

if so, just go for the cl weap... and you only need CL5 for the /use so you dont need to attend a co5 raid

if he can use it he can put it on 2h slot wich dosent effect normal weapon slots. so he can use2 tarts without actually having it in hand.
