How the hell do you level on this server without getting ganked? Any tips?

Any guilds taking new members? that may help.

Either lvl a necro first, then buy another acc and lvl up any class you wanna play or try find some deserted spots - in hib for instance, there are lots of some pawnage ones. But ye, look at some maps - discover some lands.

u need money for con and items, so get ur hands on it tbh.

roll a necro, or get a money transfer like i did but tbh rolling a necro is alot better than getting a cash transfer, atleasth b with a necro u can farm more quickly + farm seals .

then get a grp, or just pwn, pve and pvp whatever takes ur fancy imo i seem 2 pvp like 8 bubs then pve the last 2 bubs on my infil, gives me a bit of cash and lets me b a bit less "WARRRRR!" if u want 2 roll a necro id advise finding a mincer/sorc/healer (summit with crowd control and pox is nice 2) for easier lvling, power tap, powertap, stun powertap powertap mezz powertap... etc etc, if u decide 2 go at it duo im willing 2 come along with mincer/sorc + bot i personally got bored of necro but i admit its a nice alt 2 have if just for seal farming

im still new 2 pvp but its a fun place for sure and thats the only advice i can really give u, im sure theres better advice out there

if u necro , stay n alb , u find alot more undead mobs there tbh , but if u ant other class , lyan Barfog is ususaly quiet , or snowdonia for higher lvls , lotsa places in Daoc classic

DF 4tehwin. Just have to have patience, occasionally get killed but other than that it's uber

well as a Necro its kinda hard to find spirit weak mobs :/

funcdocta its pretty simple really i never read anyone else's post as its always about necro laaadeeedaaaa

pick a char you like, goto places you went in rvr to lvl but no not the obvious ones as ppl camp there

get some good armour and weapons....would you go thid in /20 gear i think not. hence the reason you will die alot early on.

everyone is an enemy but if you decide to pk when you fight people if you win or lose ask for a group. /20's group alot as the biggest group always wins.

oh yeah stick with it when the /20's are blue con you will love pwning them

Same as any other server mate, get into a guild, and arrange leveling groups. You just need to go places that are out of the way enough for other people not want to bother coming all that way.

But Once you're 40ish then I suggest running around leveling areas and PKing the PLing necros and their alts and every now and then stopping to kill a few mobs for a lil extra xp. Just keep on the move and alert and you'll do fine.

Thats far from true, if you feel that way you have not really tried mate LOADS of good spots for necros in all 3 realms.

Not seen many ppl doing hardcore leveling like that recently.

Main thing I learned was if u roll lvl 20 dont go to spraggon den - go the cluricauns across from rear enterance of Tnn in hib - get to lvl 23/24 there and then try vendo caverns in midguard -

at lvl 28 go to SIl in hibernia and kill water mobs for some good drops and at level 30 go to the Toa armour island and thats pretty good till 34 and it salvages great --

thats if ure gonna level up xp ways - but my advice is from my gamin only -

farm enuf to buy ureself a pl from 36 to 50 for teh win
