Camlann cap?

Whats the max number of players for Camlann?
I heard it was 3400 but there always seems to be something like 3416 ect, just over. Could anyone enlighten me please?

there is a post somewhere on the DAoC home site that states the cap is 3500. I read it the other day.

is that for Camlann? i heard it went down to 3400 and it never seems to go above 3420 and everyones always complaining that its full

The server max is 3500, but because multiple people can be logging in at the same time they made a logging max of 3400. So if there are 3399 people ingame and 20 people login at the same time they will all connect making a population of 3419. But after that no one can login anymore till the population drops below the 3400.

Well after 20mins today of trying to log in when the server was at 3300ish and being told nope.. piss off (well words to that effect :/ ) I gave up.
