I rekon the amount of slugs for rail should be changed on CA servers cuz it's either ppl running around with rails, or ppl running round with grenades. Should really be made so it's more skillful, having to hit rockets n such...

I think you'll find in clan arena it requires 4 rails to kill someone rather than the 1 required in instagib
