Callnet 0800

Hi, i have just signed up to this via their webby. I did it all good, and i managed to download the internet setup file, which installed the mail accounts, and the dialup. When i try and use the dialup, via the 0800 number, it dials in and everything, and connects, but just as its veryfiing the username and pass, it stops, and asks for user and pass again. Says its wrong, i am useing the right 1's, but still no good. I can check my mail from another isp, so that tells me tha account is working, as is the password, but i just dunno why the dial up password and username is rejected. Has anyone else here got this prob, or has acctually singed up to this service. Thanks.

Yeah, ive tried all that. My username is frankie, so ive tried frankie, frankie.c800, frankie@callnet0800.com, basically everything, but still to no avail, the thing is, you get no help at all on the site, the phones dont work, and u leave a msg, but no one calls back, so theres no way to get help.

i read somewhere that you need to append .c800 to the end of yer username

i think it's c800, not too sure

I think its cos so many people are signing up atm.
