I got a problem in a dept with their printer

Got an error i've never came across before but cant find anything about it

Google got nothing, does anyone know of any site i can look up the problem?

Call HP and they will tell you, if it's out of warranty and you have no support contract ask your IT Manager why.

I think the manuals list the codes in the back btw, so u might get some vague error description that way.

yeah i sorted it. I tend to try work it out myself first before calling them. Hate being on hold/through automated service for 20 mins before speaking to someone only to realise you are actually in the wrong place so need to start all over again
