Some of the people who go on these raids make me cry so here's a few tips:
Bloody go behind a mob when possible, some mobs can parry/evade, I turn my speakers off when I hear the parry spam. Use positionals anyway, only reason why you should be at the front is if you're tanking or guarding the main tank. If the mob is too big to go behind and maintain a guard radius, just stay at ze front with the main tank, rest of you spam those positionals behind the mob. Only time when you shouldnt go behind is when there is a lack of space, I.E at an archway and if you go behind you might be aggroed, although the main tank should walk backwards into a clear space so you can do those positionals. I hate when people like spam Amethyst all day
Listen to the raid leader, follow him/her and try to avoid listening to other people's advice unless it's like reasonable.
Also, Caer Sidi isn't a quick event, it will drag for hours, so try to avoid going if you can't stay long, can endanger the raid when you leave, although it does help at the start to kill/survive depending on group abilities, mixed feelings on this point.
