Cabalist lvl 30 epic - broken?

Hi all,

My cabby alt is on his lvl 30 epic. I have killed the Arawnite Assassin in Snowdonia Fortress, but my quest log has not changed - it still says I have to kill the assassin, but he will not pop anymore.

Is this quest broken or should I try my luck with RightNow?

Rightnow, they can either reset ur quest, or give you +1 step
