C05 [P] Thur 24th Aug 8pm CET

17th was a good raid as far as C05 went - all bosses twice (+1 three times). Utgard Lok was spoiled when we re-grouped by the 'I know better than the raid leader' type(s) who insisted that 2fg couldn't kill Legion (who is actually only a mini-version and 100 players are NOT needed) and who, for some reason, fell in love with 3 of the 4 Pale Guardians and brought them along with us. This has never happened before when we go up the middle, and we wiped at a spot where in the 12 raids I have led we never did before.

O Ye of Little Faith, just butt out, or at least stay at the back...

Anyway, we'll go aagin next Thursday, Healers permitting - details above. Sign up for some fun, and we meet in Halls of Helgardth[P]

C05 Group Set Up

WE got 18 sign-ups and will aim to to Utgard with both groups. Nice spread of seers this week as well.

There is no real difference between Group1 and Group 2 - we do all bosses twice, so all get cred - provided the right group stops hitting.

To be done after C05. We could use another Mend Healer if Group 2 are going to do Utgard.
Its an Instance dungeon at the end, so no out of group bots.
Yes, we will kill Legion. Skull of the Soul-keeper (everyone gets) is a nice item.
We go up the middle of the final room, trying NOT to aggro Pale Guardians.

C05 and Utgard are part of a quest, so if you need cred for that do the things first that ya have to. eg. speak to Ireada and get an Infernal Crystal. Speak to Iraeda again before Utgard and get the Malignant Pentaglyph.

No lotto needed just lotsa cash, nice items, clxp, mlxp, cool company (me!) and above all FUNN.

Finally, just before (an hour to be precise) I need to try for ML8 Group Steps, so me and Krag may be a little late, but we will be there. (We've never moved off on time yet!)

Just a quick question - to get into the HoH dungeon, do you need to be a certain champ level or can anyone get in there regardless of level or champ level? (thinking for some of my alts).

You need to have done the Demonic Prison champ quest if you want to get credit for the Co5 but not sure whether there is anything stopping you going in there otherwise.
