Bypassing "firewall" to update DAoC

Sitting at my nightshift work and got nothing better todo - but apparently the ports are closed. Any software that you could recommend to bypass it?

I'll take the blame if I get cought ofc HAHA :fluffle: - So just hit me with your best ideas.

Windows update before v 4: port 80 (open anyway as you are posting here)
Windows update v4 and later: port 443

huh... he wants to play DAOC behind a firewall - not update his windows :)

You need to figure out what ports are allowed through the firewall then setup a tunnel through them (possibly using your home pc) its complex.... and if you get caught you'll get the sack.

If you have a proxy with packet filtering enabled you wont be able to tunnel either afaik.

For the same result (piss off the IT staff and get yourself a slap) repeatedly surf the net and try to download anything called EICAR

As Tear's said you are going need to setup tunnel.

You need these ports

Game Server - TCP 10622
Patch Server - TCP 1280
Login Server - TCP 10500

And finally UDP - 33625

Thanks for the info - as soon as I get internet at home again I'll tunnel it.

Untill then, guess I'll have to keep it at miniclips.com :fluffle:
