First sentence i can understand and i think you are right.
Second sentence = BS


Bought characters can be a way of trying another class without doing the tredmill (been there). When you have 3 level 50s you should be able to play a 4th.

Buying is kinda lame though and against CoC so its a no go.
Mythic should lighten the tredmill for ppl who did it several times i think.
