BY ping increases

Hi

I am experiencing ping increases to BW Q3 servers during peak times. I was just wondering if anyone else is as well. I have spoken to BY techsupport and they say the increases is within acceptable limits and not on their network so they can't do anything about it. I've spoken to some of my clan m8s who use NTL and BTOpenworld and they do not suffer the same problems. I feel that BY is ignoring its gamers problems and I am not happy. I'm trying to get as much informarion as possible to try and sort out this problem. From what i can tell level3 routers are behind it but i still can't explain why NTL and BTO packets pass through the same routers quicker than BY ones.

Yes, something with BW is what most people reckon.

The problem is at level 3 from the traceroutes I have done/seen.

Sort it out level 3 u cunt0rs :/

Hi

Does anyone know who should be contacting level3 about the problems ? Is it the isp (BY) , BW or us gamers. I've got no idea who level3 are or how to go about contacting them about their router performance. Any ideas ?
