BWTFCL Admin?

Hi i am interested in becoming a BWTFCL admin but my clan is not in the league but can i still become an ADMIN?

yop, many of our admins have at one point not been in a BWTFCL clan, on current situation I believe Gimp and Ion, among others, aren't in BWTFCL clans..
however to become an admin u do have to not be a m0ng
