I've managed to fanny about and lock my BW account i've tried contacting SAS through IRC but he no respondie

And i cant remember the secret answer to my secret question and i need to change passwords about...


Can i get some guidance please? i've proably missed a 1000 emails of spam already its harsh

Go there and submit a "Lost Password" query and the nice ladies at Game customer services will sort you out (if you fill the form in correctly )
Its pretty quick as its so heaviliy automated.
