Buying the online license, hopefully...

Anyone know if there's some special secret to this? I reactivated my accounts after being away for 2 years, and that worked fine. But when I try to order the licenses from my Account I get a page saying "Order in progress..." and then nothing happens.

Can anyone who actually did this successfully give me a hint at what's supposed to happen? Should I expect this to take seconds, minutes or days and even weeks (I remember GOA, obviously...).

(I also remember that trying to ask them anything through RightNow usually returned me a standard answer from someone who quite obviously didn't bother to read more than two words before having decided which of three different general groups my question ought to belong to... But I'm back, and if that doesn't prove optimism is fatal and without a proper cure, what will???)

M8 there's about 50 threads on this subject, you really should try searching first.

Simple answer; it's a fraud prevention thingy, wait 12 to 24 hours for it to clear & then try again

check ur email, also junk filter.. GOA can send an email to reset it, but needs to be replied.

I know, and I think I read a good portion of them. Have probably missed some...

The reason I wrote my post was that I had the trouble mentioned elsewhere with the account activation and some other stuff like seemingly never getting mails GOA said they sent etc. All this got solved, but I never saw anything specific on the buying licenses problem I have.

So I just wondered if things would move swiftly along when it works, or if I should expect to sit staring at my scrren for a few minutes or whatever. Ot if that message I get actually means that they have registered my purchase and now wait for the VISA to clear or, or, or...

(I obviously don't want to end up ordering 50 expansions...)
