Buying RIFT (Digital version)

Sadly i have to ask a noob question, even tho ive been beta testing RIFT ^^

Is there a US/EU version ?, im gonna buy the digital version of it, but it doesnt give me the option to pick between US/EU.

you select if you want EU or USA when you install the game... as in it gives you a choice
