Respec stones.

Dragon drops both line respec stones and ra respec stones 100% of the time etc

Grand summoner, and hib/mid/alb summoners have a % chance to drop ra respec stones, with the Grand Summoner dropping a maximum of 2 and the Summoners dropping maximum of 1.

Caer Sidi keylords have a % chance to drop a ra respec stone.

as said in the other post normal Sidi mobs have a % to drop a stone aswell.

1.5% chance to drop, tho then u have more chance to get 'bag of coins' in the other tables
