Buying online license

I got one yesterday just TOA but i got a email fast and it was activated in seconds. This was from the GOA website.

I'm also looking for TOA only but have been unable to get it.
My first attempt was to buy an online license using my existing account. Needless to say, after 20+ days and buggering about by GOA through rightnow, they came to the conclusion that you cannot create another online license on an account created using a store bought copy (would have appreciated them stating that when you try to buy it using an existing store bought software account as it would have saved me a lot of time). This was after their previous conclusion that there was something wrong with my credit card, and before that, that there was something wrong with my explorer settings.
I then thought to create a brand new account and buy an online license that way as I clearly cannot buy one on my existing account. Lo and behold, I get the same error
Can anyone point out what I am doing wrong here? And if any of the GOA peeps are reading this, please help me as your staff manning rightnow obviously does not know the correct answer. And before anyone asks the question; I use the same credit card to pay my monthly subscription, and there are funds available, so I cannot believe that there is something wrong with it.

I got the online licence for my bot account whitch was a store bought copy and it worked instatly just last night. Clicked licence selected TOA cliked agree then confirm, entered card details and the accout was toa active withing 2 mins and i had a email with the key soon after.

just bought toa from GOA.
i got my email in seconds with my cd-key and my account info says TOA is activated.
when i try to fire up the game though it says i only have SI activated and i should register TOA.
when i go to my account i have no option to enter the cd-key and cant do anything else as an invoice is currently in transaction.
is this normal?
will waiting sort it out?
have i just thrown away £9.99?

I purchased toa in work and it was running when i got home a hour later id say wait tbh

I have a slight problem... today i renewed my subscription and wanted to buy a license for catacombs at the same time but when i click validate i get stuck on a "Order in Progress" message.
When i check my subscription it also still says "an invoice is currently in progress, etc", seems odd that i wouldnt be able to get a catacombs license today just because i renewed

This takes the PISS !
Now this is after they splash all the adverts on their pages that you can buy it online!
Then I replied saying that I'm from South Africa with a few thousand miles between me and Europe and I cannot buy their software in this country and that companies like Amazon etc do not send software outside the EU (prolly because of some licensing/distribution issues) and this was their reply.
I think I should send them a worldmap so they can see where South Africa is and maybe they will understand that you don't just hop onto a plane and come down to South Africa on a whim. BTW, anyone planning to come for a holiday to sunny South Africa?
This sad event was to get an additional account which did not work all that well. I then proceeded to try and upgrade my existing account to Catacombs. Again I have to do this online as I can't get the expansion here either.
Surprise, surprise !!!
I can't even do that. I can't even get to the actual payment screen.
With all this going on, I keep asking the question.

I heard that buying from http://www.dlgamer.com/ is supposed to be a good second option than buying from goa...

Purchased the catacombs download+serial from dlgamer last night, the key arrived within 2 minutes and the download finished this morning.
Also purchased the full product key, but had soem problems getting it, after a few emails in my pigeon french I managed to understand and resolve the question from dlgamer and the full key arrived.
So all in all im pretty impressed how easy it was to get back into the game, the biggest problem was activating the full account + ToA + Cata but not being able to play for 2 hours while the GoA systems realised i had activated them
Now i just need to figure out what class to play and where
