Buying a Online Licence

I have been trying to buy an online licence from GOA for the past few days and i still am getting the message saying that my transaction could not be verified. i am using the same credit card that i use to pay my subs and i have no problem doing that (i paid for my subs a few days b4 i DR came out)

any ideas why it isn't working or if there is anywhere else i can buy an online licence? where i am allowed use a credit card.

ye i got mine of DL gamer aswell, 20euros and can download the full game in like 10-20 mins on a decent connection.
