Seen a site for American daoc where you can just buy the cd key and they email it to you, is there anything like that around for Europe daoc have searched without much luck, any help appreciated.

Unfortunatly there isn't. You can try buying a CDkey from somebody online that has a second copy of DAoC for some reason - It's possible to do this! Well good luck.
