lo pepe just a quick question bout an item i have found on net, Burrs Fang

ok so on the dyvet cm i have found the item but the stats don't match was just wondering if any had seen or no how to get the burrs fang with the following stats

Magical Bonuses:
- ALL melee weapon skills: 3 pts
- Dexterity: 21 pts
- Strength: 21 pts
- Hits: 50 pts

Bonus to Dexterity attribute bonus cap: 5
Bonus to Strength attribute bonus cap: 5
Bonus to hit points bonus cap: 50

any replys will be helpful

Stats before patch 1.89, item stats not changed retroactively:
Magical Bonuses:
Dexterity: 21 pts
Body Resist: 11%

so just to clarify the stats change in 1.89 ??
