this is a new one on me, not the usual "cheat" accusations but instead "Bully!!"

Last night i got accused of picking on someone!
I had deaded some clan type dude 3 times in a row and he started to get paranoid.
makes a change form the cheat spams u get on many a CS server

Ive had it a couple of times,but it seemed jokingly, ah well tis better than being accused of cheating,the first time that happened to me i was in a mood all day I need to take jobbies approach and ignore them

i dont think the geezer was getting nasty, just paranoid.

i think he was wondering why the same "no name gimpoid" was taking him out every round.

Jobbie's bullied me a few times, though to be fair, looking at the scores, he did seem to be bullying my whole team.

I played a game recently where I headshotted the same guy nearly every round, even to the point where my heart sank when I saw I'd done it again. He took it in good heart though, and was probably the only person on the team who didn't think I was cheating.

Schadenfreude you touched on something there that has been bothering me recently when u said "I headshotted the same guy nearly every round, even to the point where my heart sank when I saw I'd done it again" well I know just what you mean, recently the standard of my gameplay seems to have improved this has had two effects:

1) Getting acccused of cheating at least 1ce a day

2) Being invited to join clans daily (4 in 1 day)

To combat this I decided to stick to the servers where I could be fairly sure there was admin present, this has the effects of having a cheater free, tk free damn hard game most of the time, eventually you start to recognise familliar names (like faces) and sort of get to know them and mebe respect or even like them.
By playing on these servers continually, the stlye and quality of your own game play has to compensate and improve to cater for the speed, accuracy, agility and all round quality displayed by the players to be found there, and this is a good thing
Unfortunately such happiness came with its own reward/problem the reward being you play better than you did, the problem being if you are generally playing better and mebe experiencing a Father Christmas sack full of luck at the time you can do a lot of killing which also sounds good but isn't because the ppl you are killing are the afforementioned ppl (the quality players mebe even friends) and if you are repeatedly killing these ppl when you are trying your hardest and see them with scores unworthy of their abilities and you know that it was you who did it to them and you sense their moods drop, well it feels kind of shiity , makes u wanna miss, makes u wanna get killed, makes u wanna go away and change ur name and not try so hard So as I have discovered getting top scores don't always bring happiness. :/

Lol schadenfreude, i admit i missed that post you wrote when i read the thread, but i do remember a few weeks back, i had a 1on1 with this guy... within the first minute, we got loads of kills against each other, then all of a sudden, he starts hittin me with headshots EVERY round for about 5 rounds , so anyway, i changed my tactic a tiny bit, and next minute I WAS HITTING SEVERAL HEADSHOTS, and i got accused of cheating , and the thing was this was Dust 2, and all the kills where just outside CT Spawn near the Ramp overlooking Tero Spawn (so he was above me) and no matter what i did, i KEPT ON HITTING THESE FECKIN HEADSHOTS .

In the end i finally stoped Headshotting and totally ripped the guy to bits, but still i was totally pissin myself at what was happenin

Lol, i have played against you Dolly and Jobs... but fore the moment i still aint up to your standard of playing ... but then again, i have only been playin these sort of games for about 9months (of of which was CS, other was Q3A)...

i suppose i would have been good at Q3, but i used a Joystick... and it wasnt very easy using it to aim.. but when i got CS, that certainly changed me.. i said right from the start.. i will learn how to use.. lol

yeah i know lol, i didnt actually relise until i ventured out from playin BOTs to play Online.. when i got my arse thoroughly kicked i remember saying *Man its hard usin a Joystick* and then someone said Joysticks are shite and shoukdnt be used... then i just left quake, and a few weeks later bought CS.. and thats the only game i like and it keeps meh occupied
