So, if there's two ways to go;

1: Bullshit all the time.

I think this will create a natural flow to your bullshit, you're used to it. The downside is that nothing seems extravagant and also people might already consider that you've told tall tales before.

2: Bullshit rarely.

This will ofcourse be the opposite, you won't talk the talk as fluently, but also people trust you, know that you don't bullshit and big news come off as actually shocking.
