Need some advice. I've recently had glandular fever and i'm still recovering but its fucked me up a fair bit. I've lost some weight and i want it back :p

I'm a lazy one and find it difficult to gain weight anyway so i'm going to use bulking supplements to make it easier. Can someone advise the best to use? There seems to be so many, and of all differenting types; mass gaining, protein supplements, creatine forumulas. Whats the difference etc?

Think i'll make the most of it and lift weights at the same time to make muscle instead of just fat.

Anyone able to help?

I've been using a body mass milkshake formulae whilst training past couple of months.

Have to say I havent really noticed much differance, though its still early and my diet in general is poor.

Im starting to think that gaining weight is a heck of alot harder then losing it :( simply cannot get enough damn calories down me without wanting to throw up.

Best thing you can do with your money is buy quality food instead of buying supplements, which most people view as 'magic pills'.

Calorie excess + Decent weights routine + Sufficient rest = Mass gain :p

Bulking article worth reading: http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-mass-gaining.asp

Newbie to weights/bodybuilding article worth reading:

Some good links, wish I had the free time to train and diet like that, think it will take alot longer for me to put that kind of weight on.
