I take it you reckon programs like "Watchdog" and "Rogue Traders" should be "kept amongst the parties involved"?
Xav's a public figure here and is still active around here and so there's a good chance what happened to us could happen to others. It's a public warning.

Please lock this thread and just let's wait for Xav to respond? I'm sure most of us have made up our minds about him by now.

This is laughable. Xavier is being made to look like a criminal here by the same people that post that its recommended to take drugs, the proceeds of which go to various criminal and terrorist activities and the very people that openly admit to speeding and putting other peoples lives at risk.

This really is a joke. I really dont think he should respond to this thread but instead he should be sorting the whole issue out privately, not with some of the twofaced, backstabbing users of this forum.

Hmm I can see two sides to this but I think what Xane is getting at, is that we've been made aware of the problems with said individual.... you've made your point, you've got the desire effect, I don't think anyone would do business with him now and you've drawn attention to the whole incident... which you were well within your rights to do imo... but there comes a point where it's no longer any of our business and is a private matter between you, emb, said individual and possibly the BW management... This isn't particularly like watchdog because we're not naming and shaming faceless corporations here.... No ones saying you're wrong just in my book maybe a bit more delicacy is needed now....

The newly enforced BW T&Cs make this a really shit foum to hang around on. Despite being liaison for bf42 the ammount of heel dragging going on at BW, along with having sent the email that'll 'perk up' the service for subscribers I seriously doubt Game will be getting my money when my subscription runs out. From sitting on irc trying to organise a public game on the servers whilst liaisons for other games sit talking about what Ea Bf42 server to go and play on, the whole thing is a fucking joke, and a serious waste of time for those who were actually commited.

I've said several times now I want to leave it time to breath. I've asked Scoobs to lock this thread as I see no use for it.
