Bug...?

A few days ago, i saw this bug in emain apk, prydwen server (attached file)
It was Disordor from TDS with the strange shild. I wondered if anybody else seen this before??

Its a shield with a glow effect, sometimes it goes wrong and uses the wrong texture.

this is a old bug if ur a Healer or a caster that can cast spell u can easely do it, like a cleric cast His DMg ad his shied will glow, if he enter combat then he also need to get a glow so Casting glow+ melee glow = a Special Glow if u have a emblem then u can see a Glowing emblem
