Bug in Signiture code

Sorry about this, but I found a bug

The hacked signiture code that makes it display only once per page also kills off "Edited by x ..." messages that are appended when you edit.

Just thought I'd say

EDIT~ And after this edit, there wont be any "Edited by.." text. I hope.

The notable absence is the "Reason for editing" field, which may/may not be quite useful.

Hang on. Bugger, it's appeared. That doesn't make any sense. It didn't when I edited it first time. Arrgh.

EDIT~ I haven't entered a "Reason for editing" this time. If it appears then I'm going to go hide in a corner, embaressed.

EDIT 2~ OK, to redefine my bug report: When you edit a message, without entering a reason, the board doesn't display "edited by".

If you edit it quickly, and don't put a reason in, it doesn't display.

VB2 was the same. Its handy for going back and correcting those typos.

Which is good because sometimes I write something post it then change my mind about the phrasing of it...

Dont change that! Lets me correct my stupid errors without it showing that I have edited

Every post has a "show edited by" timer on it, basically if you edit something straight after posting it won't show edited by unless you specifically choose to make it do so by entering a reason, as will says.
