Buffeting buckler

Helping my friend do his shammie template, just wondering if this buckler drops in middy/toa, its not on alkazaam, only the hib/alb versions are.

Don't think it drops in Midgard thou.

Saw it drop couple of times on Albion, never in Mid. though. So I doubt it drops.
