Buff on buff caps - ToA bonus questions!

So with all these new buffs to our buffs, healing and whatnot - what is what:


1. What is cap for af bonus from toa items?

2. Healing speed, caster speed?

3. Buff enhancements (!) ?

4. Melee attacks, style attacks?

5. Caster damage?

6. Caster range?

7. Hit point caps?

8. Regular stat bonus (str, con and so on...) ?



I've read some of these but am unsure on what is nerfed, what's going to be nerfed and all that so I can imaginve we have plenty of people that knows this stuff and can help with these questions - feel free to explain a little more than just a number on each answer if you like.

not sure about this one.. but I think it's +25

I assume that's taking in the 1.68 nerfs Urme?

aye - before 1.68 all the 10% ones are 25% too

healing effectiveness cap is 25% too as is the +%power
(healing speed doesn't exist... other than as casting speed)

How about the melee speed?? same as casting speed 10%?

Yes meleespeed is 10% in 1.68..

25% i think. My bot is capping out with yellow buffs and Mastery of the Arcane 2.

Just need a respec stone to get my cleric back

42enh 33 rej will be her new spec.

my 35 enh cleric currently has yellow str/con and blue dex/qui with 17% buff effectiveness and no mota hes hitting +83 str/con and +7x dex/qui the cap is +93 on spec iirc so when i cap buff % hopefully only 1 or 2 lvls of mota should cap him out

With all my ToA items, my Thanes AF has gone from 635(Epic or crafted) to 690.

This is with Hauberk, gloves, legs, boots, hat, Atens Sheild and Atens generated weapon (yes I know its only level 35, but was playing )

I'm at 791af on my Reaver without any +af gear yet (nerf alb or something)
