+Buff% and MOA on Shammy

I have a lvl 50 Full Aug Shammy, RR3L5, MOA3.

What I need to know is what +Buff% (TOA) is required so I can Respec out
of MOA to other more usefull RA's??

effectively I need to know....

MOA1 = ???? % +Buff
MOA2 = ???? % +Buff
MOA3 = ???? % +Buff
MOA4 = ???? % +Buff

for red buffs you need moa4 or 12% buff bonus (either of them) to cap.
for yellow buffs (other than base str and acuity) you need moa2 and 25% buff bonus to cap.

Therefore
MOA1 = 3 % +Buff
MOA2 = 6 % +Buff
MOA3 = 9 % +Buff
MOA4 = 12 % +Buff

So doesnt it follow youll need the respective bonus's on ToA items?

Spec-buffs (red) give:
str/con: +69
dex/qui: +70
acu: +52

Since buffcap is 93 on specs (1.251x(level x 1.5) 1.25x(50x1.5) = 93.75~93)
you need:
str/con: 26%
dex/qui: 25%
acu: 44%

ToA bonus-cap is 25%.

Thus, I dont see how you can cap acucity´s redline. Closes you can get is full ToA(25%) + Full MoA(12%) = 37%. Acu +52 x 1.37 = 71.

Regarding str/con and dex/qui you just need ToA and MoA1, or a combination....
Base-buff-cap is lower, 62 (levelx1.25 & 50x1.25=62.5~62) thus easier to cap your yellow/red bases.

Did these calculations trying to help a customer configure his router through the phone @ work( :touch: ).. so might be all messed up, but seems logical to me :confused:

Edit: nvm, was just after MoA vs ToA :)p)

1% Ra-bonus = 1% ToA-bonus.
You can get 12% using MoA and you can get 25% using ToA. In total 37% (stacks afaik).

get moa2 and 25% buff, then you cap with yellows. good enough! :)

So you mean that red dex/qui that gives +70, and requires 47 aug, gives +25% if I spec 48 or higher? Meaning I get 87.5 for simply having one extra point in aug? :eek6:

That I had no idea about :touch:

hah what a laugh, been doing so much serious calculating here and there over and over.. and I have really missed 25% from something I get 1) on 2/3 specs and all bases at lvl 50... (cave/aug 39/37 spec)... jesus :touch:
