Budget weaponless solo hero template (moh)

I have a 5L5 hero on hibernia, i am playing Albion most of the time because of the guild there. But i decided to template my hero on hib to play it now and then when nothings going on Albion.
Lots of procs and /uses
I am very happy with this
+9 shield in s/s with dragon large shield

looks good, would be even more awesome if you could fit the veil-touched hauberk into that. The HoT is quite lush aswell as the 200 valued heal proc, especially since it has 10% heal bonus which is another bonus because most of ur armor pieces contain the dragonslayer armor.

does make the temp quite a bit harder to make though :/

Gimps your toa bonuses
Gimps your weaponless
Gimps the template in gerneral -.-

Imo the chestpiece is too over rated

mweh doesnt gimp it to much, mean ur toa bonuses arent capped either (assume it does with weapons on though).

Mines is weaponless atm but only has 1 dragonslayer piece. But i know i can improve mines just a matter of time before im in the mood to try again

Though im of opinion that its underrated, it heals the grp for 275 hits and it procs fucklots in the experiences i had.
