iirc dex still only effects evade rate for slash infil anyway, so yes you would be more beneficial imo to drop the dex and use the imbue to up your resists as well as you can as well as cap +slash

anyone can 'use' it, only tanks can claim it as a reward. so he simply gets one of his tank alts to get it, or buy it off market. viable option.

get rid of dex, and if you have DR (which i know you do) i suggest you use inf champ weapon (mainhand one) and put malice offhand.

hands should be scalars idealy, and ACN cuz spirit leggers are common amongst stealthers

you can get rid of the legs too and put them as crafted

belt of the brute > plaited malamis as you don't use dex as slash inf.
