Today has been great fun in Caledonia - we started holding the keep and four/five of us defended it for aages, pushing back both mids and hibs from the courtyard on more than one occaison, but faced REAL opponents, with a nice yellow name, and some talent under their belt. Yes, i enjoyed it because, as an Albion, we rule at keep defence and i earned a lot of cooking points, but as per being human, i take a break for a few hours.
I come back to find the hibs now have the CK, i think, "brilliant - some more fun with my little fire wiz!", but ahh...
Seems since i took a break, the place has been filled with /level 30 children who have decided the most fun they can have is to take a far bigger force to the APK, then plant a mushroom field in front of it and allow nothing down for best part of two hours now. For a start, this is dead boring guys - im not going to whine on the PK camping, as everyone with half an ounce of sense knows how crap that is. I will moan, however, at the fact i have pride.
When i die, i like to think i offered a decent amount of RP's to the soul who beat my head in, but when we find ourselves being killed within seconds of being rezzed, over and over again, is it really worth all that effort for nothing? Do any of you kids understand the point of RP's? Anyone realise that all this tactic does is make us all go home, leaving you with nothing to kill anymore...
It's rather sad that people are now trying to turn Caledonia into Thidranki, as it has offered some fantastic fights out there, with some real seasoned pro's playing alts there, and having a great time, then this has to happen...
oh, and on a last note - how you were gettin so close to the PK, i'll never work out...

I think ill stick to going out there in the daytime, as its a far better fight out there at that time from all sides concerned...
