As a general rule of thumb...
If it drops in DF.
And it's not a Legion-only-drop.
It sucks.
In fact, as a general rule of thumb for lvl 48+....
If it drops anywhere in the game.
And it's not a Legion-only drop, your epic armour, or some jewelry.
It sucks.
Thankfully, in the SI areas we can change this to...
If drops anywhere in the SI area.
And it's not a Caer Sidi or jewelry drop.
It *probably* sucks.
Just be thankful for small mercies.
