FS I'm sick of those fucking roadworks on the Thelwall Viaduct. Stupid wankers spend years doing up the damn thing, only to cock it up and start again.

I've been "on the road" over 20 years, I travel the Thelwall every day. I can only remember 6 months in that period when there were no major roadworks. Someone should be fucking shot tbh. I'm sure if any government minister had to make the journey frequently the situation would be different.
If I'm going to my office a journey of 53 miles it takes no less than 1.5 hours, and anything up to 2.5 hours, 40 miles of the journey is motorway.

Apparently it's some shit to do with the bolts holding it together or something. They realised that they were corroding quicker than they should be although there was supposed to be a good five years left in them. So the highways agncy thought it would be a splendid idea to do the work now just after some other work that had been botched up had been completed
