Used the lowest level tanglers, however I will say the highest lvl tanglers are EXACTLY the same as the lowest lvl ones despite eating more mana, they both root for 15 secs. This is fixed in 1.62 however where they scale from rooting for 15secs to rooting for 1:13mins
