It's literally out today and looks like CS but... well, fun maybe?

Is that the one where the devs buggered off to the desert to record lots of real weapons firing?

I honestly don't know, I've heard nothing about it but it just popped up on Steam. I looked at it and i've been all "oooooohhhhhh shiney" ever since.

Some neat looking features in it, I like the anti-camper abilities.

Ditto. I also quite like the look of the "sonic" device which is basically "legal wallhack". One of the things that ruined CS for me in the end was the constant pondering over how people got shots through walls. I kinda figure with this, if it's included, kinda can't be too bothered about it.

Yeh it certainly levels the playing field. Smells of devs that liked other FPS's and got pissed off at the cheaters and lamers then went hell for leather to make their own cheater beater.

aye this is tempteing was supposed to be released last year but got delayed.
this the same devs that wer emaking 7 days in falluja.

mags and few sites had reviews for this game set to go out before it got delayed. think most of em were supposed to have been positive. no idea wtf has been done to it since tho

From a quick look around, it seems it's nothing new, which could be a problem if they don't keep up with current GFX etc.

Why play this, if another FPS can cater it in a better and more stable enviroment.

Destructable scenery is always a plus, but it can't be the only carrying force.

Have to wait and see, i'm a bit sceptical of any shooty trying to get into the FPS mass, but can always surprise(see 1942).
