Anyways i had a laugh soloing keep/towers. Was funny to see the albs show up in force when it was only me.

And to finish the night of i took hurb relic tower. Went down preety quick considering it was just me and a hunter/BB.

some enemies put up such a nice show/fight that it makes you consider asking the rest of your group to just do /hug and all sit down and wait for a mercy blow next time you get overrun by us, as some sort of odd compensation .

all i can say is that its a alb zerg...no matter what we do there is always a huge zerg of wardens and idiots. We can plan the best of raids, the most ingenious of plans, the most crafty of attacks. But if u guys can field a number of albs of 36+ to take a tower, then zerg us down to nothing then there is a problem. When you field a group of ppl to just make up numbers and retake tower then there is nothing we can do against superior numbers. There shud be a timer on switching realm...like the US at least 8 hours or so. Those of you that switch realm just to take advantage of your info and extra rps...you make me sick. pls ffs put at least an 8 hour timer on it and shame on you guys that switch realm.

Remember when mids were the fotm 8v8? They still are in open combat, so sort something and lets break this alb domination.

I thought it was bad a year ago when i was constantly run over by maelstrom, now I realise that that was a halcyon memory compared to the nightmare things are now.

They deserve it. They outnumber us in every zerg. But they do make an effort. 36+albs take a tower at prime time and our mid bg has 30 or so ppl and we are all spread out and get farmed. The rest of u mids and hibs are doing ML's and CL's and can't be arsed dropping it and actually defending your realm. Farm all you want...get all the ML's you can, get all the items to complete that uber template, and then what? You are fekked. You are missing the most important part of the game. With your new CL lvl and ML lvl and your newly leveled artis and PL'ed chars, you forget its much more than that. Repairing keeps and towers, taking keeps and towers, Making seige equipment, retaining your relics, defending your frontier, killing the enemies that infest your frontier, defend the attacks on your borders, understanding what seige weapons do what damage, skilling a char up a few points in a craft and understanding seige weaponry. Sure its fun to solo with a fully temp't stealther or run a fg GG uber setup where you have the best possible chance of killing everything that moves. But FFS don't just sit there and think WELL someone else will do it. It takes a few hours at best to make a char able to repiar towers, or develope seige capability. It also take no effort at all to type /who bg and join the one thats in NF. Everyone can add something, no matter how small.

Have to state that the population of mid/hib right now is a problem. Seems lots have come over to the dark side or given up for the summer. I wish it much more balanced.

Problem with this thread is that it makes no sense from a Realm defence POV. If you see a tower on fire chances are you don't own it, so can't tell what numbers there are. Then because action is almost non existant attract alot of attention. Moaning about getting zerged because there is only 3 of you is pretty pointless. TBH you should expect nothing else.

difference is that it takes an extreme amount of effort to get so many hibs to actually come, while on alb it usually happens by itself

no reason to generalize like that, everyone has perfectly valid reasons to play whereever they want to play: it's simply their choice.

realm balance is one thing, enough active people in a rvr bg is something completely different. cut all ports and the enemy numbers in rvr will drop 50%+ unless its very organised. overpopulated realm or not.

No matter what i do there is always a huge zerg of midgard stealther idiots in odins. I can come with everything up, and even rarely with a friend, but u guys can field a fg in about 2.5 secs and zerg me down instantly.

In other words. stfu u useless hypocrit.
