Bracer of Moirai stats

On alb/excal the stats for bracer of moirai are:
Spirit 4%
Hits 40
Strength 12
Dex cap 8
Hits cap 8

Every time I see it used in a template on VN boards they show 64 hits cap

Any ideas what the story is here?

Allakhazam shows it as 64 hits cap as well, even gives a screenie

It's definately 8 hits cap on alb excal atm.

When I farmed Moirai on alb/pryd around 1.68 it was 8 hits cap. Sounds like it is now too, maybe some change in a future patch?

Makes the item much more usefull - it would be good to know if the change would affect existing bracers as well.
