bow of flames not fixed ?

tonight in the bowl a sniper shot a tank from an unbelieavable distance . i was playing my scout and he had fired 4-5 arrows before i was even in range to shoot him . by the time i was in range he had killed and ran ... this seems to me to be the bow of flames because i was using my scout who we all know has superior range than the other realms . the distance roughly was the whole length of the alb mile gate wall . as if he was shoting from one end of the wall to the other .
and no i wasnt casted with nearsight . this guy was miles away "yes i got his name" and there is no way he had a legit range from where he was shooting at . so my opinion is that bow of flames isnt fixed and still bugged .. flame me all you want for bringing this up . but the distance i had to run to get in range was ridiculous . i was stood right next to the guy who got hit on th 1st arrow . and i was facing the sniper when he de-stealthed after his crit shot so i saw exactly his distance away from us . not even a scout has the range he had .

i happen to have a Bow of Flames so ill check it out tommorow and if its not the bow of Flames then i surjest you find another scape goat this time.........

From what I have heard from hunters that have said bow, it has been nerfed. But I dunno, my little hunter is all too low lvl to use it (and I don't have one either so =) )

I tried it, Range is the same as with other bows

wasnt looking for a scape goat .. all i was bringing to notice that this guy was WAY out of range . and he SHOUDLNT of had range for where he was . im presuming its bow of flames but i dunno might be summin else . but as i stated above that guy was a long distance away and imo well out of his legit range . can any of u hib/mid snipers fire a shot the length of a mg wall ? thats basiclly from 1 hill at the left all the way to hill on the right of the wall's .. thats about the range he had . if u can explain this thats cool . but me as a scout DIDNT have range and had to run for a good 4-5 seconds before i was in range , and we all know that 4-5 seconds is a big distance .

When Bow of Flames worked, I could shoot for 1½ - 2 mfgs
but with a normal bow I can shoot about 75% of a mfg
