Just the BP items (Not the artifacts) cost about 1-1,5k bp's and Artis are around 2-2,5 bp's with scrolls if my memory serves me.

the BP items is aprox true, but the artis is alittle high, the highest ive seen arti encs go for is around 1040 (AT), and scrolls goes for 270 for the whole book

In summary:
BP jewerly around 1500 bp
Artifact book is 310 bp
Arti encounter range from 400 - 1200 bp depending on how easy it is.
