anyone know if there are plans in future patches to buy / use bounty points for anything other than heal/end/power potions?

Rumour has it, they will be used for purchasing housing/horses

rumours they could be used for buying respecs with too. At least I believe there have been polls to that extent created by mods on the vnboard dev forums.
