Can the bots be turned on? Oh and if so on the highest level.

Perhaps these bots coulde be charged a small fee for using the servers, problem solved fill the servers with bots and charge em.

Yeah having bots might make it more interesting what with the lack of "real" players but anyway it seems that the Tech Trial is being put on hold for a while why BW find a better way of implementing it.
