I'm sure they do it for revenge, fair play to them. All realms have had to endure this shitty treatment.

Just do the sensible thing and walk round the side of them.

The thing is its different for other realms, there is always Albs in thid so other realms can sit and farm them and the Albs will be glad they dont have to actually move from pk and try and get rp's.
When it gets like it did last night Mids end up logging and when the noob albs fuck off because there is no more camping there are no more mids to fight cause they have logged.

Bonedancers have a heal pet (yes uninteruptable) that heals for about 60 every 4-6 seconds and dies on 2 hits (healer pets are unreliable and still buggy). Vampiirs have AF/more hits advantage, deal much much more damage and still have a decent HoT to further keep them alive, and I have played one and I can say a Vamps survivability is much better than a Bonedancers.
Please don't try and argue against me, because I know I am right.

So which is it?
The big difference with having two healer pets healing you + an instant lifetap and the vampiir's heal-over-time spell is that you will have to spend a lot of power to use the vampiir one (power you could have used for the haste or a few claws for example), while the bonedancer pets is of the fire-and-forget type; they heal you without you having to direct them or spend any power.
I can't say for sure since I do not own a high level bonedancer, but a lifetap every four seconds should heal for a quite significant amount over time?
As you are most likely aware of, the downside with vampiirs is that without power they have no defense whatsoever and are after all wearing leather and using one weapon rather than one weapon/shield or mainhand weapon/ offhand weapon
Anyhow, my point is not about which class is the best, it is simply that a bonedancer has an easier time surviving than a vampiir.
